is a wife and mother of six daughters, five grandsons, two granddaughters, and one great-granddaughter. She was born in Ohio and grew up in an eastern Ohio coal mining town. Norma studied early childhood education and psychology at Ohio University. She is a businesswoman who works with her husband James, whom she has been married to for 62 years, in Wheeling, West Virginia, and Singer Island, Florida.
